Automotive Sales Manager

Carter Myers Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Sales Manager to lead dealership sales operations in our Sales & Business Development department. You will drive new and used vehicle sales, manage a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our collaborative, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, coaching sales staff, analyzing performance, optimizing inventory and pricing, and partnering with F&I and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve volume and profitability goals
• Develop and execute sales strategies for new and used vehicles
• Monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and CRM performance
• Ensure an exceptional, customer-focused sales experience
• Collaborate with F&I, service, and marketing to maximize profitability
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of vehicles
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff for continuous improvement
• Uphold dealership processes, compliance, and ethical standards
