Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities;
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or personal belongings in accordance with site policies and applicable screening requirements;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership when appropriate;
Monitor entry points and credential checks to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized activity;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures
