Job DescriptionThe Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. He/she will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The Supervisor will supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.
Shift Schedule- Saturday: 2 pm – 10 pm
- Sunday: 6 am – 2 pm
- Wednesday: 2 pm – 10 pm
- Thursday: 2 pm – 10 pm
Pay: $22 per hour
Qualifications & Requirements- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, equivalent, or five years verifiable experience.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally and effectively; initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
- Frequent preparation of written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
- Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and required insurance to operate a vehicle.
- Successful completion of a background investigation and post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass a drivers record check.
- Intermediate computer skills for using wireless technology at client‑specific sites.
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Seven paid holidays annually at time and a half if worked.
- 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible assignments; unused vacation paid out only as required by law.
