The Mold Remediation Technician is a full-time remote role that involves responding to and managing mold remediation projects at residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include assessing mold-affected areas, implementing remediation plans, safely removing mold, and ensuring proper cleaning and sanitization. The role also involves maintaining equipment, documenting the remediation process, and providing exceptional customer service to property owners. Adherence to safety and compliance standards is essential in this position.

• Experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, and proper usage of remediation equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures, compliance standards, and proper handling of hazardous materials
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with property owners and insurance adjusters
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and manage projects remotely
• Physical fitness and capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Punctuality, reliability, and adaptability in responding to emergency situations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Industry certifications such as IICRC or equivalent (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
