Operate rollers to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to meet project density requirements;
Assist in achieving smooth, even surfaces by coordinating with dozer, grader, and excavator operators;
Help prepare work areas by compacting subgrade, backfill, and base layers for construction activities;
Ensure proper moisture levels and compaction techniques to achieve specified densities;
Perform daily inspections, minor repairs, and routine maintenance to keep the roller in safe, reliable working condition
