** Pay Range:** $43-$45/hr.
** Shift:
** 10pm - 8am
** Training:
** M-F 8am - 5pm
** What's the Job?*
* + Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems, including new equipment installations.
+ Inspect, check, repair, and replace electrical and lighting components such as wiring, controls, switches, motors, gauges, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, and related systems.
+ Maintain equipment in a safe operating condition and support safe work practices on an active construction site.
+ Review historical maintenance records to help create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
+ Use standard procedures and technical judgment to solve routine problems and deliver efficient, reliable service to customers.
** What's Needed?*
* +
** Journeyman's license required** (and Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes).
+
** 5-7 years of experience
** in electrical work, with a strong foundation in electrical principles and maintenance practices.
+
** High school diploma or GED** (trade school diploma preferred in alignment with experience).
+ Valid
** driver's license
** and the ability to meet physical requirements, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of
** 50 lbs. or more** .
+ Basic computer skills with
** Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.

** 6-8 weeks** (M-F 8am-5pm) before rotating shifts.
