Wellness Coach

The Chester Family YMCA is seeking part‑time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. We are looking for candidates with weekday availability to open. This part‑time position starts at $14.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Build relationships with members
• Provide equipment orientations
• Clean equipment
• Assist members on the wellness floor

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (if not currently certified, we will certify you!)
• Background in wellness
