Executive Assistant
You will provide proactive administrative, operational, and organizational support to Global and North America Engineering leadership, enabling effective execution of strategic priorities, projects, and team initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as a highly engaged and self-directed partner to the leadership team, anticipating needs, coordinating activities across functions and geographies, and ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day business activities.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage executive and leadership team calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements;
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, minutes, and track action items to completion;
- Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, face-to-face events, department meetings, and other team events;
- Support onboarding, offboarding, recruiting coordination, and related employee communications;
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, recurring deliverables, and leadership team commitments;
- Facilitate project routing, approval workflows, documentation management, and shared information repositories;
- Manage procurement activities, purchase orders, invoice processing, cost center tracking, and budget reporting;
- Coordinate vendor visits, guest support, facility’s needs, team communications, and organizational records;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree;
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ownership mindset;
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
- International exposure and experience working across cultures and time zones preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications;
- High engagement, action-oriented, resourceful problem solver.
- Associate’s degree with 6 years relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years relevant experience;
- International exposure and experience working across cultures and time zones preferred.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $64,080.00 to $96,120.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
