About the Role as a Senior UX / Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how users experience software products. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to understand users, business processes, product requirements, and technical constraints. You will translate that understanding into thoughtful user journeys, workflows, interaction models, information architecture, interfaces, and prototypes.
The focus of this role is product experience and interaction design—not simply documenting requirements or creating visually attractive screens.
You will be expected to think deeply about:
- How different personas and user roles interact with an enterprise SaaS product
- How users move through complex, multi-step workflows
- How permissions, business rules, data, and system states affect the user experience
- Where users experience confusion, friction, errors, or unnecessary effort
- How workflows can be simplified without sacrificing important functionality
- How information architecture can make complex systems easier to navigate
- How UI and interaction patterns can make sophisticated functionality feel intuitive
- How to create scalable and reusable design patterns across an enterprise platform
- How design decisions affect usability, efficiency, adoption, and business outcomes
- How to create experiences that are not only functional, but polished and enjoyable to use
We work in an AI-first development environment, using AI to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, documentation, competitive analysis, and rapid prototyping. This allows our designers to spend more time on the areas where strong human design judgment matters most: experience strategy, interaction design, workflow optimization, problem solving, and product quality.
