Provide SMART customer service through Lowe's customer service policies and programs;
Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets are completed per Lowe's specifications;
Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and needs;
Engage with customers when opportunities arise to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise;
Update and maintain signage and planograms, ensure displays are safe and in working order
