Mechanical Installation Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and conscientious Mechanical Installation Engineer to support a current project for a major utility company.
Salary: £30-37k, Department based on experience.
Location:
Chesterfield (Travel required).
- Installation of steel security doors.
- Fitting and commissioning of new locking mechanisms.
- Working safely and professionally on secure utility sites.
- Ensuring all installations meet the required quality standards.
- Completing work either independently or as part of a two-person team.
- Travelling to sites as required.
- Previous experience in mechanical installation, door installation, locksmithing, security systems, or a similar field.
- Practical experience using hand and power tools.
- Reliable, conscientious, and able to maintain high standards of work.
- Comfortable working on secure sites and following site procedures.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Able to work away and travel when required.
