Are you a skilled Electrician looking for a rewarding opportunity in the heart of North East Derbyshire? Our client, a leader in Housing Improvements, Maintenance & Repairs, is on the lookout for a dedicated Electrician to join their Property Services team on a permanent basis. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality electrical services and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance services in domestic properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out electrical repairs and new installations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Conducting Electrical Condition Reports and testing domestic wiring installations.
Inspecting and testing all aspects of electrical work to comply with IEE Regulations.
Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
Utilising mobile technology to manage your workload effectively.
Mentoring and guiding apprentices through their training programmes.

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver quality electrical work while minimising non-productive time.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly the Electricity at Work Regulations.
Maintain and manage any allocated vehicle and company equipment responsibly.
Assist in training new employees and promoting equality and diversity within the team.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 2 years post-training experience in modernisation, refurbishment, and domestic electrical systems.
Relevant qualifications, including a Time Served Apprenticeship (C&G 2360 or equivalent), 18th Edition IEE Regulations, and a Full Driving Licence.

Experience with hand and power tools, as well as specialist testing equipment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
