LCV Technician – Toyota Chesterfield

Salary: Up to £46,790 DOE + Over performance Bonus

Hours: 41 hours per week

Sign-On Bonus: £1,500 in month 1

Retention Bonus: £1,500 after 13 months' service

Join our Toyota team as a skilled LCV Technician. We're looking for you to work within a professional manufacturer‑backed environment with a strong focus on Toyota Proace repairs, maintenance, diagnostics and servicing.

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing Toyota Proace vans as well as a range of manufacturers including Stellantis and Volkswagen brands.
• Diagnosing faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
• Carrying out inspections, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Working efficiently to achieve workshop productivity targets and strict customer timescales.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and right the first time.
• Collaborating with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
• Previous experience working on LCVs or commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• A quality‑focused approach with attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
