Project Coordinator – Live Events

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to help bring unforgettable live events to life!

As part of our production team, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse—managing timelines, wrangling details, and keeping everyone in sync from first concept to live event. You’ll work alongside creative, technical, and logistics pros to ensure every event runs flawlessly.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client inventory
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Support logistics including travel, permits, shipping, and deliveries
• Maintain relationships with UPS and freight vendors
• Be on-site for event set-up, live operations, and tear-down
• Track expenses and assist with post-event reporting
• Help maintain an organized, professional office environment
• Support management with additional projects as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

• 2+ years of coordination experience (live events preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office;
  Netsuite or ERP/CRM experience a plus
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel (less than 10% in year one)
• Ability to learn new processes and improve workflows
• A collaborative, team‑first mindset

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $45,000–$50,000 per year
