The Newcastle CMHT Team are looking to recruit to a full-time Band 3 Team Administrator.
The successful candidate will have excellent keyboard skills, good organisational skills and work well within a team.
The service operates a Monday to Friday service, 9:00 - 5:00.

This role is to support the Administration and Clerical function across the Community Directorate based within the Newcastle Community Mental Health Team, in order to provide seamless customer service to both internal and external customers. The role will work flexibly within the team whilst holding a primary assignment.

Job responsibilities- Minute taking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- NVQ 3/RSA or equivalent
- Medical secretary training
- Good understanding of medical terminology
- Experience of working within a busy office or clinical environment
- Advanced keyboard skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
