Senior Programmer Analyst Chesterton

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and database systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in application development and systems analysis
• Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
• Experience with modern Windows‑based and web‑based application development such as C#, .NET, and Python
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
