Under the direction of the Working Shop Supervisor, the CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for initiating machining processes, tool selections, feeds, and speeds for a variety of materials.

• Maintain production rates according to established standards.
• Notify Supervisor with any problems of procedures or equipment.
• Performs set-ups and operate CNC Lathe Machine
• Maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees.
• Maintain high awareness of safety procedures.

• Capable of using a micrometer, calipers, and hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints
• Skilled on an overhead crane
• Can read and Edit “G” Code Programming

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years experience operating CNC lathes

As required to individually perform Key Result items. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
