Export Customer Support

Location:

1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620

Work Hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $18 to $23 per hour

The Dixon Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Export Customer Support to join our team in Chestertown, MD!

This role is essential to supporting our international customers and foreign affiliates by ensuring accurate export documentation, responsive communication, and timely shipment coordination.

• Provide professional and responsive support to internal teams, international customers, and foreign affiliates
• Communicate clearly and effectively via email with both internal and external partners
• Prepare, review, and maintain export shipping and compliance documentation
• Organize and coordinate documentation for weekly international shipments
  
  Track open items, follow up as needed, and help ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and export requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
• Effective written communication skills and active listening abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze issues, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with computers and common business software, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other job-related applications
• Multilingual skills are not required
