The Dixon Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Chestertown, MD! We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Senior Financial Analyst to partner with operations and finance leadership to drive financial planning, analysis, and business decision support. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys working closely with the business, building financial models, and turning data into meaningful insights.
This is a highly visible position within a growing finance organization focused on continuous improvement, strong business partnership, and building a scalable, world‑class finance function.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and analysis
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Analyze monthly results and explain key business drivers
- Perform profitability, trend, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Help improve financial reporting processes and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operational finance
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- ERP or financial systems experience preferred
- Self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Hands‑on team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial concepts clearly
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Manufacturing or multi‑site experience a plus
- Occasional travel to U.S. facilities may be required
