Work Hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $18 to $23 per hour

The Dixon Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Export Clerk to join our team in Chestertown, MD! This role is essential to supporting our international customers and foreign affiliates by ensuring accurate export documentation, responsive communication, and timely shipment coordination.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide professional and responsive support to internal teams, international customers, and foreign affiliates
  • Communicate clearly and effectively via email with both internal and external partners
  • Prepare, review, and maintain export shipping and compliance documentation
  • Organize and coordinate documentation for weekly international shipments
  • Track open items, follow up as needed, and help ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and export requirements
