Our client, a leading organization in the judicial and legal support sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Technology Training Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Technology Training Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Training and Development Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for empowering others through technology training, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Technology Training Specialist
Location: Maryland
Pay Range: $70/hr
What's the Job?
- Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training sessions for various software applications, including proprietary and commercial tools.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, training videos, and instructional modules to support user learning and engagement.
- Coordinate with the Contract Manager to communicate project plans, progress, and updates effectively.
- Manage multiple training projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Support on-site and remote training activities, adapting to changing project needs and schedules.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- At least five (5) years’ experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and advanced off-the-shelf software such as Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, One Note, SharePoint, etc.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience developing technical documentation.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering instructor-led training, including creating videos and interactive modules.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
