Modern Stone Age Kitchen is hiring a Bakery Manager to help lead and grow our expanding 100% sourdough bakery.
We are looking for someone with strong artisan baking experience, leadership skills, vision, organization, kindness, and a team-first mindset. This role will oversee daily bakery operations, staff leadership, production flow, quality control, and growth as we expand into a larger production facility.
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience leading in an artisan bakery
- Strong sourdough and fermentation knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
MSAK is a scratch-made bakery, restaurant, coffee shop, and educational food business focused on traditional foodways, local sourcing, and community impact.
