Position: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA 1) 11:00PM-7:00AM
Resorts at Chester River Manor - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Resorts at Chester River Manor is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I) to join our team for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, promoting resident comfort and dignity, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.

  • Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously.

  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.

  • Measure and record vital signs as assigned.

  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

  • Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.

  • Follow facility policies and procedures, infection control guidelines, and resident rights standards.

  • Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members.

Qualifications
  • Current Maryland CNA certification in good standing.

  • Current CPR certification preferred.

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
