Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) – Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Resorts at Chester River Manor is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I) to join our team on the evening shift. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing quality care and enhancing the lives of our residents.

The CNA I provides direct resident care and assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. The CNA works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and is an essential member of the healthcare team.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Answer call bells promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Assist residents during mealtimes and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Obtain and document vital signs as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and quality of life.

• Current Maryland CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
