ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Supervise and support nursing assistants.
Provide exceptional resident-centered care.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
LPN LICENSE IN THE STATE OF Maryland! or Compact license in good standing
Successful completion of LPN license program is a must!
Familiarity with PCC
Compassionate and able to handle stress
Team Player!
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
