Complete assigned work orders using knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC;
Support the preventative maintenance schedule;
Perform general mechanical tasks and grounds maintenance as needed;
Assist with inspections and safety checks on building systems;
Collaborate with maintenance team to prioritize and schedule repairs
