Position Description

Schedule:
Part Time
Hourly Rate: $18.00
Shift: 7:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m.
Hours:
4 days a week, every other weekend, and rotating holiday
Floor Technician /Special Project
Minimum EducationHS Diploma not required. Requires ability to read, write, speak, and understand English language.
Minimum Work Experience2 years
PreferencesAt least 2 years of related experience. Willing to train for knowledge and skills required in floor care and special projects.
Required Skills/KnowledgeRequires ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to operate buffers, shampooers, pressure washers, steam machines, auto scrubbers, vacuums, and other related cleaning equipment. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds routinely and 100 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push/pull 200 pounds. Must be able to bend from waist and t be able to reach with arms over head.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
- Arrive and depart work on time.
- Report to work on scheduled days with no excessive absenteeism.
- Leave for meal break and return on time.
- Report to work in uniform.
- Uniform is clean and free of debris or odor.
- Entire uniform is worn daily.
