The Manufacturing Team Leader is responsible for leading day‑to‑day execution on a manufacturing line in partnership with the line team. This role acts as the “quarterback” of the shift, coordinating people, materials, and resources to deliver safe, high‑quality, and efficient production performance.
Provides direction, training, and motivation to a team of approximately 7–8 team members to achieve daily production goals. As part of the line leadership triad, this role helps ensure priorities are clear, challenges are addressed quickly, and performance targets are met. This is an empowered frontline leadership role with a strong voice in daily decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Schedule- Working days:
Monday – Friday - Shift‑based schedule:
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Act as the primary point of coordination for the manufacturing line during the shift
- Set pace and priorities to ensure the team is positioned for success
- Monitor overall line performance and adjust execution to meet safety, quality, and output targets
- Lead line‑level Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings
- Communicate top shift issues, including risks, actions, and support needs
- Ensure team member input is represented in daily discussions
- Navigate production challenges during the shift and elevate issues as needed
- Support problem‑solving and continuous improvement efforts on the line
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork
- Encourage team member participation through structured routines
- Serve as a role model for safe, quality‑focused, and disciplined execution
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including new technologies
- Perform preventive maintenance activities as required
- Maintain clean work areas through good housekeeping practices
- Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations
- Support on‑the‑job training for new team members
- Ensure regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,200 - $90,200.

- Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
- Vacation: for eligible full‑time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
- Holidays: for eligible full‑time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
- Sick Leave: for eligible full‑time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non‑job‑related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
- Bereavement Leave:
