Pepsi Co is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to drive day-to-day execution on a production line in partnership with the line team. You will act as the shift quarterback, coordinating people, materials, and resources to deliver safe, high‑quality, and efficient output.
You will lead a small team, set priorities, run Daily Direction Setting meetings, and support problem solving and continuous improvement while modeling ownership, accountability, and teamwork on the floor.
