Join our dynamic Sales Development Program — a 12 to 18-month immersive training experience designed to build the next generation of sales leaders in the print and marketing services industry. This program blends hands-on production training, sales development, and leadership coaching to prepare you for a successful transition into a Sales Account Executive role.

Program Duration: 12 to 18 Months

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • Comprehensive Print & Production Training
    Gain hands-on exposure to all operational areas, including creative, marketing, technology, estimating, planning, purchasing, press, bindery, mailing, promo and fulfillment. Learn how our diverse product offerings — from direct mail and publications to digital solutions and promotional products — deliver results for clients.
  • Sales & Communication Skill Development
    Sharpen your sales acumen with structured training in communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Technology-Driven Sales Strategy
    Learn how to position print as a powerful component of integrated marketing campaigns. Explore the use of cross-media and digital solutions to create impactful client strategies.
  • Relationship Building
    Master the art of prospecting, account management, and long-term client engagement. Develop the confidence and knowledge to grow new business and nurture existing relationships.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Training
    Get hands-on experience with leading sales and marketing CRM platforms. Learn to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and leverage data to make informed decisions.


WHAT COMES NEXT

Upon successful completion of the Sales Development Program, you’ll transition into a Sales Account Executive
role — responsible for driving revenue, hunting for new business, managing key accounts, and contributing to company growth.


EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE:

A vocational, college, or university degree is preferred

A strong desire to learn and grow within a sales environment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills to manage a dynamic sales pipeline

A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a positive outlook

Natural curiosity and the drive to understand products, clients, and evolving technologies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Demands—This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during office and production floor activities. While performing the duties of this program, participants may be required to:

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Use hands and fingers to operate computers and other office or production equipment

Walk through production areas, which may involve standing, bending, stooping, or reaching

Engage in verbal communication in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms

Work Environment—Participants will work in a mixed environment that includes:

A professional office setting for meetings, sales training, and CRM-based tasks

A production facility setting (pressroom, bindery, mailing, fulfillment areas) where there may be exposure to loud noise, machinery, ink/toner, and varying temperatures

Occasional off-site visits for client meetings, events, or trade shows

This program requires adaptability to both quiet office and active production floor environments. Proper safety protocols and PPE (personal protective equipment) will be provided and must be followed in production areas.
