Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Property Management located in Chevy Chase, MD. The Property Management Assistant Manager will oversee daily administrative tasks, assist with property operations, and manage tenant communications. Responsibilities include coordinating lease administration, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining property records, and supporting the property management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills.### Qualifications
* Proficiency in Property Management functions, including understanding of lease administration and property operations coordination
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively and professionally with tenants, vendors, and teammates
* Experience in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and preparing documentation
* Excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and resolve client or tenant issues efficiently
* Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
* Relevant work experience in property management or a related field
