Site Superintendent | High-End Residential Construction

An established and rapidly growing residential construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee luxury residential remodeling, additions, custom outdoor living, and specialty construction projects throughout the greater DMV region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all day-to-day field operations from project kickoff through final completion
  • Manage multiple high-end residential construction and renovation projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections
  • Maintain project schedules while driving quality, safety, and production goals
  • Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and local building codes
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, architects, and trade partners
  • Conduct daily site inspections and proactively resolve field challenges
  • Manage punch lists, quality control, and successful project closeout
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Site Supervisor
  • Strong background in luxury residential remodeling, additions, outdoor living, or custom home construction
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
  • Ability to read blueprints, manage schedules, and solve field issues quickly
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong commitment to craftsmanship, customer service, and jobsite safety
