CADD Specialist Security Clearance

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions. Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland. Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs;

As the CADD Specialist, you will provide advanced computer-aided design and drafting support for Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, infrastructure, and mission-support projects. This role requires expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a secure, highly regulated environment.

The specialist collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce accurate, compliant, and mission-ready technical drawings.

• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site drawings as required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with organizational standards, building codes, and IC security requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to incorporate design changes and updates.
• Maintain drawing databases, version control, and configuration management in secure systems.
• Support design reviews, project meetings, and technical documentation efforts.
• Assist with field verification, redlines, and production of final as-built drawings.
• Safeguard sensitive and classified information in accordance with IC policies and procedures.

• Certification in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional CADD experience, preferably supporting government or defense-related projects.

• Demonstrated experience producing detailed construction documents, layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, layering conventions, and document control.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
