Carr Properties is seeking an Engineer III to supervise day porters, maintenance technicians, and maintenance assistants in our Maryland property. The role maintains and operates HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler systems, and their support equipment, responding to tenant service requests and emergencies.
The Engineer III troubleshoots problems, recommends improvements, and participates in budget development for operating, maintenance, and capital projects.
