Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI‑cleared All‑Source Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DIA‑NMEC DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. This role supports the DOMEX Data Discovery Platform and focuses on enhancing user implementation of software developed under the DTP program. The selected candidate will provide DTP familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to Intelligence Community users, helping them search for and retrieve relevant classified data to support intelligence analysis and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Become a DTP application power user to support the discovery of critical intelligence insights.
- Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in‑person and virtual customer outreach and engagement.
- Enable Military and Intelligence Community users to discover, retrieve, and use data to solve intelligence problems and support operations.
- Build professional relationships that enable the use of novel technologies and tradecraft to discover, retrieve, and incorporate data into finished intelligence products.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase user adoption of DTP applications and data.
- Create DTP training and familiarization materials to support users.
- Document and communicate user requirements to DTP development teams.
- Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
- Collaborate with teams across the program, including UI/UX designers, developers, integrators, system engineers, and testers.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six years of experience working with, or as, an all‑source intelligence analyst. Three additional years of experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
- Additional directly related experience as a military intelligence analyst may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience working with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems in support of real‑world national security missions.
- Ability to work directly with teammates and customers to understand requirements and develop and implement solutions.
- Self‑motivated, creative, and organized.

- Experience providing technical training for IC tools or technologies.
- Experience using Elasticsearch/Kibana or data visualization software, including Tableau, ArcGIS, or Analyst Notebook.
- Data analytics experience.
- Experience engaging with Senior Executive Service civilians and equivalent military ranks.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience supporting DIA/NMEC, NDOC, OSIC, D3P, and/or POSTMAN.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six years of experience applying all‑source intelligence analysis; three additional years of experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degree. Equivalent experience may be considered for degree requirements.
