ODNI CIO Team Lead Security Clearance

ODNI CIO Team Lead – candidate must hold a TS/SCI clearance.

• Serve as the ODNI CIO Team Lead, leading management and administration for the team, directing personnel and contractor activities across multiple locations.
• Act as the primary interface with sponsor program authorities and staff on technical and project-related matters.
• Brief leadership on the JIMINY CRICKET program status, milestones, and progress.
• Oversee contractor personnel and project operations through the development and implementation of procedures.
• Plan and direct execution of contractual, technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support activities.
• Monitor and report overall program performance and progress.

• Minimum of four (4) years of hands‑on Program Management experience supporting enterprise IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) environments and system enhancement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing decision‑quality products, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and action‑tracking mechanisms for senior leadership.
• Proven experience overseeing or guiding portfolio and program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategies, including vendor management and enterprise software licensing activities.

• Active Project Management Institute (PMI) certification such as PMP or PgMP.
• Experience translating mission priorities and strategic objectives into actionable IT roadmaps, investment strategies, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to align technical initiatives with organizational goals and drive execution across complex enterprise environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting senior‑level decision‑making processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with at least 8 years of experience.

• Salary range (Maryland): $128,000 to $270,000, final salary based on qualifications.
