Role and Responsibilities of Dispatch Center Manager:

This position focuses on supervising Package Handlers and Clerks while ensuring compliance with safety and productivity expectations.

Responsibilities include:

* Establishing strong professional relationships with employees, leadership, and customers.
* Conducting structured training sessions for onboarding and skill enhancement.
* Participating in and leading communication meetings for operational clarity.
* Coordinating employee performance reviews with management teams.
* Resolving package handling challenges through effective decision-making.
* Overseeing daily workflow to ensure safe and efficient task completion.
* Maintaining adherence to UPS ethical standards and workplace policies.

Required Skills and

Experience of Dispatch Center Manager:
* Ability to handle packages up to 70 lbs. (32 kgs).
* Flexible availability for multiple shifts per week.
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving warehouse environment.###

Preferred Qualifications
* Degree equivalent to Bachelor’s or international certification.
* Prior supervisory experience in operations or logistics.
