  Keep abreast of the IC Portfolio of Technical Investments-related strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated technical collection enterprise architecture
• Strategic Foresight: Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues. Make recommendations to keep strategy, performance, and architecture aligned accordingly
• Liaison: Function as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities and services delivery and requirements concerns
• Collaboration: Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives
• Communication: Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior‑level audiences

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Education: BS degree and 12‑15 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 10‑13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain

• Collaboration: Work with seniors in a diverse, fast‑paced, multi‑task environment managing competing priorities
• Deliverables: Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.)
• Architecture / Design: Ability to support the architecture and design of AI Strategy, Implementation plans and policies

• Education: Technical degree in Engineering or Science, practical not theoretical
• Experience: Broad experience with the IC and touch points to DoD
• Certifications: AI certification

$150,200 - $225,300
