Summary
Provide personalized luxury cosmetics consultations and product recommendations to clients in a high‑end retail environment. Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships and drive sales performance. Maintain expert knowledge of brand products and skincare regimens.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage clients to assess skincare needs and preferences
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored beauty consultations
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through clienteling
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
- Process transactions and manage client appointments
- Build and maintain a client database and follow up on leads
- Stay current on product knowledge and brand initiatives
- Minimum 2 years retail or beauty advisory experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales ability and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
