Summary
Provide dedicated support to personal shoppers and deliver exceptional client service to customers. Assist with appointment coordination, styling selections, and follow-up to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Work on the sales floor and in appointment settings to support client relationships and sales goals.
Responsibilities- Support personal shoppers during client appointments and styling sessions
- Prepare merchandise selections and ensure items are presentation‑ready
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and sales follow‑up
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with visual presentation on the sales floor
- 1+ years of retail, personal shopping, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and styling awareness
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and to stand for extended periods
