Summary
The Stylist guides and inspires customers through personalized fashion recommendations and gracious service. This role builds lasting client relationships in store and online while delivering a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Create an appointment-based client experience and cultivate customer relationships in store and online.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, sharing loyalty program benefits, and using technology effectively.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, floor standards, and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
