We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service.

Job Summary :
As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. You will also lead a team of technicians, provide mentorship, and ensure all projects are completed on time and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, train, and supervise HVAC technicians in the field.
  • Perform complex HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Ensure that all work complies with local codes and regulations.
  • Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Complete service reports, job documentation, and time tracking accurately.
  • Assist in setting schedules and dispatching technicians for assignments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide on-call support during after-hours as needed.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in HVAC preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
  • EPA Certification (Section 608) is required.
  • Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
