Overview
Office Assistant – 100% Onsite | 3-6 Months Contract (Potential to Convert)
Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Kelly Services is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide general administrative support to a department. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for permanent conversion for the right candidate!
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Answer incoming calls and support tickets; escalate as needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Retrieve, sort, distribute, log, and forward correspondence.
- Process mail and packages accurately.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrate professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Assist with service of process handling and filing deliveries (varies by location).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or 2 years equivalent customer service experience required.
- Exceptional phone/email etiquette, professional appearance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience working independently and as a team member.
- Willingness to learn general corporate procedures.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and communicate.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Office/clerical environment using standard office equipment.
- Position does not require travel.
