What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee all office support positions, providing coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Act as the point of contact for facilitating essential internal communications and office events
  • Manage invoice workflow and coordinate vendor maintenance for office equipment
  • Support onboarding coordination and ensure a seamless experience for new hires
  • Organize and execute office events, including Town Halls and celebrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of successful experience as an Office Coordinator, Manager, or Administrator
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with a team
  • High attention to detail and proven reliability and punctuality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam and CMiC
  • Experience working with senior-level individuals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating issues
