Job Description & How to Apply Below

Lovie Formation helps founders form and manage their companies with speed, clarity, and care. We support entrepreneurs who are creating LLCs and C‑Corps, and we are building the operational backbone needed to make company formation simpler, more reliable, and more founder‑friendly.

We are now expanding our registered‑agent operations in Wyoming and are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented person based in or near Cheyenne to help us manage important paperwork, mail, document processing, data entry, and state‑related correspondence with professionalism and consistency.

About the Role

This is a practical, trust‑based administrative role for someone who enjoys organized paperwork, clear processes, and reliable follow‑through. You will help Lovie Formation maintain a local operational presence in Cheyenne and support the workflows connected to commercial registered‑agent services, company formation, mail handling, document scanning, filing, and compliance support.

The right person is steady, discreet, responsive, and comfortable handling official documents. You do not need to be a lawyer, accountant, or startup expert. You do need to be highly responsible, organized, communicative, and available during normal weekday business hours when needed.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will receive, organize, scan, upload, and route official mail and business correspondence. You will help track incoming notices, state documents, service‑of‑process materials, compliance reminders, and other time‑sensitive paperwork according to our internal procedures. You will maintain clean records, complete light data entry, follow step‑by‑step workflows, and communicate promptly when something requires attention.

You may also assist with basic administrative errands, local paperwork coordination, document drop‑offs or pickups, and process improvements as our Wyoming operations grow. We will provide training, templates, and clear operating procedures so you know exactly how each type of document should be handled.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is based in or near Cheyenne, Wyoming and can be reliably available during weekday business hours. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good written communication, and a calm, professional approach to handling important documents.

You should be comfortable using email, scanning tools, shared folders, spreadsheets, and simple online systems. Prior experience in administration, office management, data entry, document processing, legal support, compliance operations, mail handling, government filings, or customer support is helpful, but not required. Trustworthiness and consistency matter more than a specific background.

This role is especially well‑suited for someone who takes pride in being dependable, enjoys clear processes, and wants flexible work with real responsibility. We value people who can work independently, document what they do, ask good questions, and improve a process when they see a better way.

Helpful Backgrounds

Candidates may be a strong fit if they have worked as an administrative assistant, office clerk, office coordinator, data entry clerk, mail clerk, document processing specialist, file clerk, receptionist, paralegal assistant, legal secretary, compliance assistant, government office clerk, notary, bookkeeper, operations assistant, or small‑business administrator.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Success in this role means documents are handled quickly, accurately, and confidentially. It means deadlines are never missed because a notice sat unread. It means every item has a clear record, every exception is escalated, and every workflow becomes easier to repeat over time.

We are a high‑agency, documentation‑first team. We like people who write things down, communicate clearly, take ownership, and do not need constant supervision to move work forward. If you are the kind of person friends trust with important details, this role may be a good fit.

Requirements

You must live in or near Cheyenne, Wyoming and be able to support local paperwork and mail‑handling needs. You must be available during regular weekday business hours as required by the role. You must have reliable internet access, the ability to scan or photograph documents clearly, and comfort using basic digital tools.

Because this role may involve sensitive business correspondence, the person hired must be trustworthy, discreet, and willing to follow confidentiality and document‑handling procedures closely. A background check may be required.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with legal documents, registered‑agent services, Secretary of State filings, business formation, compliance workflows, professional mail handling, scanning, filing, or data entry would be valuable. Experience as a notary is also a plus, though not required.
