Location: 3906 East Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001

We are looking for driven, high‑production technicians who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and consistently flag 80+ hours per pay period. Our ideal tech works Monday–Friday (7 am–6 pm) and is passionate about solving tough diagnostic problems while doing what’s right for our guests.

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests using knowledge and skills.
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

• Positive attitude and desire to serve guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capacity to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 7 am–6 pm (Weekends Off).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding 80+ flagged hours per pay period.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• Desire for long‑term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above the head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s repair needs.
• Have the required dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
