Position OverviewCorporate Products Coordinator – In this role you will serve as a subject‑matter expert on BCBSWY products and benefits, coordinating projects related to product development, implementation, and changes. You will conduct research, resolve issues, and assist in creating and quality‑checking product‑related documentation.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary subject‑matter expert on BCBSWY’s product and benefit offerings.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects for product development, implementation, and changes.
- Research and analyze how benefit coding affects claim processing, system and vendor capabilities, and state/federal regulations.
- Identify, document, and resolve product‑related issues and continuously improve product documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant product information.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of three years of business experience, with 3‑5 years in health insurance preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and self‑motivation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with benefit coding, claim processing, and relevant regulations is a plus.
