Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and roadmap for our Sponsored Ads Management experience.
- Use data to find new opportunities to grow revenue.
- Work closely with sales, customer support, and customers to identify top pain points.
- Regularly present wins and losses for your product area to senior leadership.
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
- Experience working in monetization.
- Proven ability to analyze data using tools like SQL and Python.
- Experience working closely with engineers to define, plan, and deliver products and features across complex problem spaces.
- Experience balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to inform product decisions.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, experimentation, and metrics to guide prioritization and product improvements.
- Deep curiosity and accountability for the data and insights of their products.
