Hiring Pay Ranges: $19.20 — $42.57 per hour.

Pay by Level
  • Systems Analyst I: $19.20 — $26.43 per hour
  • Systems Analyst II: $23.23 — $31.99 per hour

Summary

Systems Analyst roles involve implementing and supporting new technologies and software acquired from third‑party vendors, maintaining and upgrading them, and developing in‑house processes to facilitate custom solutions. The position supports both highly complex environments and daily operations, responding to frequent requests for custom solutions and system expansion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with delivery and production of applications, both third‑party and in‑house.
  • Test in‑house and third‑party applications.
  • Provide application support for in‑house and third‑party applications.
  • Assist with development and deployment of hardware and software.
  • Gather feedback and share findings with management and the team.
  • Document new and existing processes, both in‑house and purchased from third‑party vendors.
  • Identify needs for technical materials and audience scope.
  • Research and prepare instructions, articles, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain security considerations during execution of duties.
  • Support department managers with projects as required.
  • Adhere to ANB Bank policies and ensure timely completion of assigned reports.
  • Report critical events and situations to senior management.
  • Maintain confidentiality per department standards.
  • Stay current with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and other banking regulations.
  • Deliver quality of service as defined by departmental standards.
  • Support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience Systems Analyst I
  • 2–3 years of related work experience.
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge with computer systems, including hardware and software.
  • Previous banking or financial sector experience preferred.
  • Experience with technology‑type projects.
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Systems Analyst II
  • 3–5 years of related work experience.
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge with computer systems.
  • Experience with complex system implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Previous banking or financial sector experience preferred.
  • Experience with technology‑type projects.
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
