Job Description Cash Account Manager/Specialist - This position is responsible for being the lead point of contact for cash customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account(s), customer stakeholders and the LOB. This includes cash loads, cash reconciliation, cash loss reporting, and branch support of vault cash locations. The individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office.

The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: + Oversee onboarding of new terminals + Monitor processor / logo set-up + Monitor transmission of orders to Brink's + Support for last minute orders + Communicate as liaison between internal (recon + finance) teams + Armor claims that FCTI need to + Monthly true-up payment, tracking stolen cash + Monthly invoices + Champion for solution improvements + Automate orders for FCTI / Customer + Receive balances from processor and Brink's, to report on missed loads + Run analysis for cash management improvements + Forecasting + Armor management + Conduct monthly reviews + Service quality + New opportunities + Other duties as assigned
